Graston is instrument assisted, soft tissue mobilization. Graston can break up fascial, and scar tissue adhesions as well. It increases blood flow, and speeds up the recovery process from many types of injuries, and areas. If you have gone through conventional rehab, and aren't happy with your range of motion, strength, etc. Jim suggests you give Graston a try.
